Any software development work is governed by a separate written agreement (statement of work and/or master services agreement), not by these website Terms. Project scope, pricing, IP ownership, and confidentiality (including NDAs) are defined in those agreements.

Intellectual property

The content and branding on this website are owned by Mercury STK Inc.. Client project deliverables and IP ownership are addressed in the applicable engagement contract.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mercury STK Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
