We built a clean, lab-focused storefront with a browsable product catalog, cart and order-request flow, 21+ age verification, and clear research-use-only compliance messaging — and added an AI assistant that can consult shoppers on any product in the catalog.

What it does

Visitors browse products across seven research categories — recovery, energy and longevity, metabolic support, cognitive and mood, performance, specialty research, and supplies — with premium presentation and consistent product detail pages. Customers add items to a cart and submit an order request, which the team reviews before confirming availability, payment, and fulfillment.

The AI product assistant

The standout feature is an AI assistant that consults customers on any product in the store. It answers questions about what each compound is, how products differ, and which fits a given research goal — grounded in the store's own catalog so it stays accurate and never invents details. The assistant guides buyers to the right product while respecting the strict research-use-only framing.

Because of the product category, the build leads with compliance: a 21+ age verification gate, prominent research-use-only disclaimers, and clear quality, handling, and fulfillment policies — pairing conversion-focused design with the trust signals this audience needs.
